This Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Speedster
This 1989 Porsche Speedster left the factory in May 1989, it was ordered in Schieffer Grey with a black folding top and black leather seats. The car was delivered new to Germany via Porsche Zuffenhausen and was then registered in Italy in November of 1989. The original owner Mr Lanni Della Quadra bought the car solely as an investment, which might we add, he was smart to do. During his ownership the car covered a mere 1,600 kilometres, the car remained in his possession until it was sold to Mr R.H.C. van Bellen of the Netherlands in March 1998, Mr van Bellen used the car regularly as the service stamps shows; 10,949 kilometres in 1999. In early 2000s he placed the car in storage with the mileage over 30,000 kilometres. After 11 years of ownership Mr van Bellen sold the car onto fellow Dutch Porsche collector Mr Diepgrond. 4 years later after regularly use the Porsche was sold to Belgium Porsche collector Mr Van der Elst, with the mileage just over 45,000 kilometres. Mr Van der Elst bought the car for his daughter and later the car was kept in storage in his collection until selling the car to our client earlier this year, with the mileage at 48,676 kilometres.
The car is presented in like-new condition with beautiful paintwork, tight panel gaps, a clean folding top, and an unmarked leather interior, it is the finest example to be made available in recent years, the car was inspected and serviced in 2020 and passed without fault. The car retains its original engine and gearbox and is completely original inside and out. Offered from one of the finest and most important collections in Europe, we are extremely proud to be offering this 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Speedster, which would suit any major Porsche collection worldwide.
